Appointed as Architectural Lead from RIBA Stages 3 to 5, Lead Design Studios took responsibility for the technical design, coordination, and delivery of the project. Our role as Building Regulations Principal Designer ensured compliance, risk management, and buildability were embedded from the outset-supporting a smooth transition from design to construction.
